He certainly looks better than he used to look....that was creepy.
The kids seem to be happy to see him, but maybe there are some that aren't? (just like some cry when forced to sit on Santas lap)
 
Kind of splits the difference, really. Face is actually quite cute, very baby-like. OTOH, talking trees with baby faces are the kind of things that show up in my weirder stories so, yeah.
