Password issue

I forgot my password - which seems to be a regular occurrence for me - so requested a new one to be emailed to me.
This new password worked & I was able to log in (yay!)
BUT, when I try to change my password to something I just may remember, I get an error message saying that my current password is incorrect.

Advice please?
