Regardless of whether or not certain rabbis were anti-choice (and you have to cherry pick to get even that) there is no indication that God/Jesus is anti-choice. In fact in Exodus as part of a passage about "eye for an eye" justice God clearly does NOT equate a pregnancy with life. Instead of losing his life for causing a miscarriage the person responsible just pays a fine. This is in addition to the worldwide prevalence of herbal abortifacients and no condemnation of them anywhere in the scripture.
On top of all of that there is no reason to think that women tend to suffer any grief from having an abortion. That is just a false notion that anti-abortion radicals have fostered due to their own bias against abortion. I've mentioned the "1 in 3 campaign" before. Abortion is so often a BLESSING for women. Instead of perpetuating the lies that abortion is wrong or something to feel guilty about let's say prayers of Thanksgiving that we live where women have to freedom to make that choice if it is right for them.
