    OMG, it's a sign that blackbelt is a were-rabbit!!;)

I have bunnies in my yard year round so that has nothing to do with Easter in my world.

For me, it's a tale of how the things that really matter can overcome death in both its literal and figurative meanings. How death leads to new life in some form. A powerful myth of overcoming and transformation.

Trust me, the temptation gets high when I review the rabbit damage to my shrubs every spring but the local authorities take exception to people plinking rabbits in a suburban neighborhood for some strange reason.

His Resurrection proved that He was who He said He was

His Mission was accomplished ----Life after death was in place for all who had Faith in His resurrection

It's a witness to the power of God Himself

    It validates Old Testament prophecies

Easter means to me renewal and new life. Flowers grow, sun shines and a new chance to reconcile

and a new chance to make new.

Well, this is interesting. I had a discussion last night in my group about "what makes Jesus unique" among world religions? Our conclusion: nothing. However, in my explorations around the question, came across an audio of Dom Crossan talking about his new book, Resurrecting Easter, written in collaboration with his wife, a photographer. In it, he he describes an essential disconnect between Western (our) and Eastern (don't think we have any Orthodox amongst our group) views of resurrection. He does this in the context of comparing Western visions of the risen Christ (a very "God-like" figure) and Eastern ones from the iconography in their churches, where the Christ is almost always viewed as drawing Adam and Eve out of Hades into a risen life with him.

Jesus is a unique word for sol enlightening in other cultures other than western ... yet westerners are not very tolerant of the eastern ways ... politically incorrect names even! Tis just the status quo ... the way it is for those stuck ... the sol needs to stretch ... to get anything alien intuit!

Tis transparent ... like siblings ... we can't see caretaking regarding our brothers. So why do we call people brother, sister, etc. ... just for incest antes? Insistence ... persistence ... some don't like it as similar to vegetation ... it grows on yah ... if you don't get along .. you may fall into the Shadow ... back seat or the PEW ... silent still as old wisdom watches us in Runes? In wrong directions ... regarding sustainability in mortal resources ...

This is not for the world of free consumption ... thus we move on ... while under the Midnight Domain ... tis best to carry a small lamp ... you may even see all the nocturnal eyes reflecting back on yah ... indeterminately?
