Do you decorate for Easter?
I made some chickens yesterday, I liked their pyramid shape. I also love minions.

Took the lights down for the Holi season ... just to allow other lights to fest up ... Festus?

Actually I just turned them off ... sort of like ignoring them for a season!

If you look at things differently one may see the activities of the subcontinent ... its primal!

and your tablecloth is gorgeous too - I bet it has a history.

I have about a dozen eggs that we decorated over many years when the kids were young. My sister in law would bring her Ukrainian egg kits to the cottage & we did them there as an easter tradition. She used to make them with her elementary school class. About a dozen eggs have survived - some were blown out before dying, others were hard boiled - and now make quite a rattle after 25 or 30 years!! I put them out in a bowl at Easter time. I also have some ceramic bunnies that I place around a candle on the dinner table, amongst some chocolate eggs.

I have a few Easter themed beanie babies that I saved from when my kids were little. They come out every year.

Not really much else. We used to have those clingy plastic shapes you use for making scenes in your windows. I am not sure what happened to them but I think they may have got tossed out accidentally. It was quite a pretty set, actually.

Beyond Easter eggs, I don't recall us doing much even in my parents' household. Certainly, we have never done any Easter decorating in my present household.

I always did eggs with the kids. Blown ones for decorations and hard boiled ones to eat

I have napkin rings and I gruels love all the sweet Easter things but I could never justify the cost and storage of pretty plates with bunnies.......

The pattern embroidered on the cloth reminds me of the bunnies on those colourful paper mache egg boxes to hold Easter candy. Did you get those?
Looks like you had fun doing this...inspiring.

Yes, we had those easter eggs, too.

I have candy dishes. Sometimes Chemguy notices the candy, sometimes not. This year is one where they keep getting emptied. I know I have a nice dish towel too, but not sure I'm going to dig it out this year.
Eggs - some years I do them, some years I don't.
